Hot Stone Massage
The use of warm basalt or black volcanic rock is strategically
placed on the body.
This helps to relieve muscle tension faster. In addition to all of
the benefits of the regular Swedish massage, there are added
benefits from the hot stones.  First, the heat penetrates deeply
into the muscles, providing results similar to a deep tissue
massage.  Other frequent benefits include:  increased
circulation, lower heart rate, lower blood pressure, reduced
pain, promotion of self-healing,  relaxed muscles, and the
release of toxins from the muscles.

Pregnancy Massage
The muscles tend to ache and feel stiff due to the added pressure
 from the babies weight. A pregnancy massage  will help to relax
those muscle. This treatment last for one hour.
This treatment is not offered during the first
trimester.
